Loved Ones Care Day
Your children are sick? Your grandparents have to go to a doctor's appointment? Your parents need support? Your pet needs to go to the vet?
Acrolinx offer all people three paid days of "Loved Ones Care Day" so you can be there for the unplanned things in your loved ones' lives without using up your vacation entitlement.
Work from Abroad
At Acrolinx, we believe that flexible work is a very attractive benefit that fits the modern workplace we would like to create and support. In addition to the flexibility of working in your own country from any location, it’s also possible to work from other countries and therefore be even more flexible in accommodating your own preferences. Special Paid Leaves
Special occasions deserve special attention. At Acrolinx we have special paid leave days for certain occasions e.g. wedding, moving houses, childbirth and much more.
Communication Allowance | Subsidy for your phone and internet at home
This benefit is a reimbursement of your costs for internet and/or telephone, which we will pay as a net payment via your payroll. The maximum amount is $200 per month, if your costs are less, we will reimburse you the amount you actually pay. To claim this benefit, please send the People team an invoice from your internet and/or phone (either landline or mobile) provider.
Wearables, television, entertainment or spouses/ dependent's phone costs cannot be covered.
Paid Time Off
Taking a deep breath and recharging your batteries are important to keep you healthy. Your vacation account grows by 13.33 hours (per full month) each month from your start. This allows you to reach 160 hours of PTO for a full calendar year at Acrolinx. You are free to carry over up to 80 hours into the new year, so you can even fill your paid time off account up to 240 hours.
Paid Sick Leave
Sometimes you wake up in the morning and feel sick. You have an operation coming up and you can't work for a few days. Acrolinx offers 40 hours of paid sick leave per year for this very reason. It's in addition to your PTO, because we separate sick leave from time off and respect the need for a break.
Mental Health Support
In collaboration with Likeminded, we offer you a Mental Health Program that supports you when you need it most. Likeminded offers different formats including up to 10 individual sessions, unlimited group sessions, webinars, exercises, meditations, videos, and readings in multiple languages, that support you in finding your own way to mental wellbeing while guaranteeing 100% confidentiality.

Pre-existing conditions are covered
You take out a policy for the length of your trip, generally up to six months, and coverage needs to be placed before you leave.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consists of additional benefits provided through your healthcare insurance.
Short-Term Counseling:
Members and household dependents have access to up to 3 counseling sessions per issue. Counseling sessions are 60-minutes via phone, video or in-person with a masters-level or PhD clinician. Sessions are focused on higher level mental health needs such as anxiety, grief or stress.
Coaching for Mental Wellbeing and Life Issues:
In addition to short-term counseling, members and household dependents can schedule up to 3 confidential coaching sessions per year. Based on your assessment, you will receive recommendations to over 40 online and/or coach-guided mental health skill building courses.
Legal/Financial Support:
You also have access to unlimited telephonic support for financial problems or planning needs; 30 days of financial coaching; extensive online financial library and calculators.
