Our Benefit Program offers a wide variety of perks from different areas. They are all based on the three pillars "Health & Wellbeing," "Family & Care," and "Pension & Retirement. The benefits you can choose from will depend on how long you have been with Acrolinx. New perks are available to you every six months.

Benefits available at your start
When you start at Acrolinx you can use some benefits immediately from the first day, others a little later. The following perks are available to you from day one.
Loved Ones Care Day
Your children are sick? Your grandparents have to go to a doctor's appointment? Your parents need support? Your pet needs to go to the vet?
Acrolinx offer all people three paid days of "Loved Ones Care Day" so you can be there for the unplanned things in your loved ones' lives without using up your vacation entitlement.
Work from Abroad
At Acrolinx, we believe that flexible work is a very attractive benefit that fits the modern workplace we would like to create and support. In addition to the flexibility of working in your own country from any location, it’s also possible to work from other countries and therefore be even more flexible in accommodating your own preferences. Special Paid Leaves
Special occasions deserve special attention. At Acrolinx we have special paid leave days for certain occasions e.g. wedding, moving houses, childbirth and much more.
Company Pension | Our support for later
With NEST, Acrolinx offers you a pension partner that puts your retirement provision on a stable footing.
You will be automatically enrolled in the pension scheme at your start. Acrolinx pays a monthly employer contribution of 5% for you.
Communication Allowance | Subsidy for your phone and internet at home
This benefit is a reimbursement of your costs for internet and/or telephone, which we will pay as a taxable payment via your payroll. The maximum amount is GBP 200 per month, if your costs are less, we will reimburse you the amount you actually pay. To claim this benefit, please send the People team an invoice from your internet and/or phone (either landline or mobile) provider.
Wearables, television, entertainment or spouses/ dependant's phone costs cannot be covered.
Mental Health Support
In collaboration with Likeminded, we offer you a Mental Health Program that supports you when you need it most. Likeminded offers different formats including up to 10 individual sessions, unlimited group sessions, webinars, exercises, meditations, videos, and readings in multiple languages, that support you in finding your own way to mental wellbeing while guaranteeing 100% confidentiality.

Create your own benefits package
After six months at Acrolinx you'll have the choice and can select any perk. Every six months, you can then add a new perk to your portfolio and create your own individual program over time.
JobHealth | Gym membership
Acrolinx provides an allowance of up to 40 GBP monthly for your gym membership. All you need is to provide a proof of an active membership. Just send it to the People team and they will add it to your monthly paychecks.

Workplace Nursery
You can use the Workplace Nursery benefit at your choice of nursery. Any children up to the age of 5 can be covered by the Workplace Nursery Scheme.
Your average fees must be over £650 per month to benefit from this scheme but there is no maximum fees that you can save Tax and NI on.
JobMobile
This benefit enables you to get a brand new SIM FREE mobile phone, unlocked to any network, from a range of leading suppliers and pay for it through your salary.
You get to choose the smartphone you want sim-free and unlocked. This means you can keep your existing contract or shop around for the best deal. Acrolinx will buy it up front, with the cost recouped monthly from your salary over a set period by taking the payments before National Insurance is applied.
Enjoy Technology
Working with Currys/PC World, Enjoy Technology can make the latest high-tech kit more affordable. You simply choose whether you want the latest Smartphone, PC, Laptop, Tablet, Camera or TV from leading names such as Apple, Asus, HP, Samsung and Sony. This perk allows you to spread the cost of the technology you want through salary sacrifice.
Health Cash Plan
You can access our Cash Plan benefit to reclaim health costs and improve your well-being by investing a little into your own health. This program works in collaboration with UK Healthcare.
Discount Club
You will get access to the club via the Enjoy Benefits online portal. There, you simply choose who you want to shop with, and use the method of discount available (e-voucher, discount card or online promo code). You will enjoy a wide range of discounts, such as up to 40% off cinema tickets, up to 30% at high street stores and across a range of attractions, holidays and hotels.
