What is JobLunch?
JobLunch is a daily meal allowance provided by Acrolinx starting in your 2nd month. This allowance is subject to some conditions set by the tax office. However, it is very easy to use the allowance.
The perk works like this:
You will receive a JobLunch Amendment from the People Team in time to sign via DocuSign.
Once you have signed the amendment, we will set you up with an employee account at "Belonio". You simply register yourself there.

Every month you have 60€ at your disposal, divided into 9x 6,67€. This means that you have to submit 9 receipts to get the full 60€. The amount will be credited to your paycheck net.
You can use the JobLunch daily upon presentation of a receipt. It doesn't matter if you went to the supermarket, restaurant or kebab house.
It is only important that the receipt doesn't show an amount higher than 60€, because the tax office won't accept that and we are not allowed to pay you the allowance for this receipt.
With Belonio, however, you have almost no effort, you just have to remember to upload a photo of your receipt in the app.
Unfortunately, the tax office requires us to provide you with this benefit only this way. Otherwise you would have to pay tax on it as on your salary.
