Our benefits are diverse
Our Benefit Program offers a wide variety of perks from different areas. They are all based on the three pillars "Health & Wellbeing," "Family & Care," and "Pension & Retirement. The benefits you can choose from will depend on how long you have been with Acrolinx. New perks are available to you every six months.

Benefits available at your start
When you start at Acrolinx you can use some benefits immediately from the first day, others a little later. The following perks are available to you from day one.
Loved Ones Care Day
Your children are sick? Your grandparents have to go to a doctor's appointment? Your parents need support? Your pet needs to go to the vet?
Acrolinx offer all people three paid days of "Loved Ones Care Day" so you can be there for the unplanned things in your loved ones' lives without using up your vacation entitlement.
Work from Abroad
At Acrolinx, we believe that flexible work is a very attractive benefit that fits the modern workplace we would like to create and support. In addition to the flexibility of working in your own country from any location, it’s also possible to work from other countries and therefore be even more flexible in accommodating your own preferences. Special Paid Leaves
Special occasions deserve special attention. At Acrolinx we have special paid leave days for certain occasions e.g. wedding, moving houses, childbirth and much more.
JobLunch | monthly meal allowance
After your first month at Acrolinx, we will provide you with a monthly JobLunch allowance of up to €60. You can redeem this allowance using the Belonio app and submitting receipts. You can find out how it works here.
Communication Allowance | Subsidy for your phone and internet at home
This benefit is a reimbursement of your costs for internet and/or telephone, which we will pay as a net payment via your payroll. The maximum amount is 70€ per month, if your costs are less, we will reimburse you the amount you actually pay. To claim this benefit, please send the People team an invoice from your internet and/or phone (either landline or mobile) provider.
Wearables, television, entertainment or spouses/ dependant's phone costs cannot be covered.
Mental Health Support
In collaboration with Likeminded, we offer you a Mental Health Program that supports you when you need it most. Likeminded offers different formats including up to 10 individual sessions, unlimited group sessions, webinars, exercises, meditations, videos, and readings in multiple languages, that support you in finding your own way to mental wellbeing while guaranteeing 100% confidentiality.

Create your own benefits package
After six months at Acrolinx you'll have the choice and can select any perk. Every six months, you can then add a new perk to your portfolio and create your own individual program over time.
Mobility Benefit | public transportation subsidy
Acrolinx provides three different options for public transportation subsidy.
You may choose one out of the following three options:
Mobility Budget: You have the option to use public transportation in your city as you need it, up to an amount of 49€ per month. You will then upload the receipts of the tickets in our Belonio App and get your costs reimbursed.
You purchase a Deutschlandticket in a subscription (annual contract) and submit the receipt to the People team. The reimbursement will then be made monthly via your salary.
JobWay: You receive up to 65€ as a net subsidy from Acrolinx per month. In order for us to activate this benefit for you, you must prove that you have an annual subscription to a public transportation provider in your city. Simply send this to the People team. You will then receive the benefit with your monthly paycheck.
You can get this perk after six months at Acrolinx but note that JobWay is not in combination with JobBike (Mobility Budget and Deutschlandticket will work together with JobBike).
JobKidsCare | Child care subsidy
You have found a nursery for your child, but it costs a lot of money per month. Acrolinx subsidizes the childcare with 100€ per month. All you need is a confirmation from the nursery or Kindergarten. It is best to contact the People team to discuss the necessary details.
Important to know: Schools/ after school care facilities cannot be taken into account for a net reimbursement. In those cases, the subsidy will be taxed with your payroll. This restriction is set by the tax office.
JobBike | Your brandnew bike or e-bike
You like to ride your bike to work and elsewhere? Then our JobBike benefit is the right thing for you. Acrolinx cooperates with Eurorad, a service provider that collaborates with a large number of bicycle shops in Germany. You can customize the bike of your dreams. The JobBike is a 3-year leasing contract, which Acrolinx concludes for you and subsidizes with 63€ per month. After the three years you can return the bike, configure a new one or buy it at a low price. You can find more information here.
This benefit is not available at the same time as JobWay but work with Deutschlandticket and Mobility Budget.
JobHealth | Gym & sports membership
Acrolinx cooperates with the Urban Sport Club. They are active all over Germany and maintain a network of various partners and sport activities. From the gym to Crossfit and swimming centers. You can get more information via this link, where you can also sign up and register. As soon as this is done, Urban Sports Club will send us your request and we can activate it. Simple! And by the way: The membership is free for you, no additional pay!
This perk is not combinable with our VoucherPool at the same time.
VoucherPool | gift cards for your favorite providers
With our Voucher Pool we offer you a great benefit. In cooperation with Belonio, we provide you with vouchers for a service provider of your choice every month. The value of a voucher can be 20€ or 50€. The amount depends on your length of tenure. Up to two years you will receive 20€ per month, after that the amount increases to 50€. Please keep in mind that the amount does not increase automatically, you will need to contact the People Team.
VoucherPool doesn't work at the same time with JobHealth.
Company Pension Scheme | Our support for later
In cooperation with the insurance consulting company MRHTrowe, Acrolinx has developed a concept for a company pension plan. This is a supplementary component to the statutory pension in Germany. Acrolinx subsidizes this additional pension in 2 ways:
20% supplement from day 1 with Acrolinx
80€ flat rate supplement after 2 years of tenure
